    Mom had them out to fix her garage door in 2019 and they left their calling card on the inside of the door. So I called them. They were able to find her record and verified the address and phone and said they could send someone out to fix it that afternoon! They said between 4 and 8 and he was here at 6. He was able to fix the one thing that still wasn’t working and gave a good explanation why the other thing might not have worked earlier. He showed a work around if it happens again and showed me how to fix the other problem if it recurs. I will definitely make sure we keep that calling card!

They have always sent someone out to solve my problem the same day I call. All of the servicemen have been very courteous and kind. They are quick to diagnose and fix my garage door and always have the correct parts on their trucks. Speaking for myself, I always call Precision.
