    I used the website this morning to set up an appt. for service… the Precision van arrived in our driveway 2-3 hours later! Travis Prescott was friendly, courteous and explained all our options for the repair. We opted for a new garage door opener; he spent all the time we needed to understand the system. You should consider your customers being able to add a tip on a credit card, for those of us that don’t carry a lot of cash. We are very satisfied with our experience!
