On my way out to a function, I could not get my garage door to open. The next morning, I called Precision. They scheduled me for within the hour. The technician, arrived and described in detail to me what should be done to fix my door. He showed me my options, which I chose, and then went to work in a precise and professional manner. He only came inside when he had questions. After my equipment was installed, he carefully helped me load the Q APP and showed me how to work it, He was here a full day approximately 5 hours. The price was very reasonable due to the serious nature of my garage door and opener. Will recommend Precision Garage Door as my vendor of choice in all garage door repairs.

Alexander did a great job of diagnosing the issue with our garage system and walking me through the options. He also made sure to oil the door even though that wasn’t the issue. He even made suggestions on what we might want to consider next since it’s a fairly old system. We now have an opener that works much better than the old one and our door is much quieter. Best of all, everything was done the same day! I really appreciated his thorough customer-friendly approach!

Originally purchased thru Lowes/Angi’s List for the installation. After a month of cancelations and rescheduling, Angi’s List … thru an email…. said they could not find a company to install and refunded my money for the installation…. Now I have a garage door opener with no one to install it! I am disabled and I really need the door to function properly. I called Precision and they were literally here in a hour! Chris did a wonderful job! He did not try to sell me a whole new system or pressure you into something you don’t need. He installed the unit, showed me how to operate it, cleaned up and was very polite and kind. Definitely earned a new customer after this experience! Any issues with my doors I will be calling Precision Garage Doors!!

My Spring broke on the door so couldn’t get our cars out this morning. Called Precision at 8am and door was fixed by 1pm. They are so responsive and the repair fellow was very good. Thanks Precision for your quick response.

I had a very disappointing experience with Precision Garage Door Service. The technician who came out quoted me an outrageous $3,190 to replace my garage motor, claiming that my springs were also bad. He said if I only wanted to replace the springs, it would cost $1,490 for the springs and a bracket. Thankfully, I decided to get a second opinion from another company, and I’m so glad I did. The second company quickly diagnosed the real issue—it wasn’t even the motor! The problem was solved by simply lubricating the springs and removing a bolt that had caused the system to jam. They fixed everything for just $145. Needless to say, Precision was trying to scam me. I would not recommend them to anyone, as they were dishonest and attempted to take advantage of the situation. Beware and always get a second opinion!
