The service we received from Precision Garage Door was amazing. The technician, Bill, showed up 20 minutes early for the appointment and was very informative throughout the entire process. He explained exactly what he was going to do, what happened, and customized the job for what we needed. He was efficient with his time and was done quicker than what we had thought. After he was done he made sure to show me the updates and answer any last questions that I had. We will use this company again for all of our needs. Thank you Travis Prescott for the professional clean service. The garage door broke on a Sunday! To our surprise the company was available. They came to the house within a very reasonable amount of time. Travis explained the issue and gave us several alternatives to fix the problem. Within one hour he changed springs, bearings, cables. He also educated us on the maintenance to avoid future problems. Thank you

Excellent service, I called Precision Saturday at 5pm because my garage was having some motor problems, Lucas was at my house by 6:15pm, I was very impressed with how fast he came to my house, very professional and knowledgeable, he did a great job. I will continue to be a loyal customer.

My garage door springs broke on a Sunday morning. I called Precision Door and they were able to come out and replace the springs before noon that day. Jared was friendly and knowledgeable.

I used Precision before when I needed a new Garage door and opener a few year’s ago and they did a great job then so when my garage door started acting weird only going up about 4 &1/2 feet I called them again they came out within a couple of hours and it was my garage door opener so they installed a new one the technician was totally Awesome Thank You Precision garage door
