Greg was on time and very professional. He was informed that getting a new door was imperative due to a wasp problem. He made sure he got us an install date before we go on vacation the following week. Thank you Precision!

Repairman spoke with my tenant and refused to repair door, told tenant door needed to be replaced, old springs, cables ect. Springs were replaced approximately 5 years and cables within the past year. Quoted $1300 for replacement, wow. Believe he was trying to pull a fast one. The least he could have done is evaluate the current problem and a estimate to repair. I suggested it was the screw drive carriage but according to my tenant, (a highly respected p.e. lineman) he could have cared less.

I first contacted Precision several years ago, I decided to use Presicion because of the great reviews on Angies List. Matt had replace the springs and rollers and made several other repairs.So when I needed a new garage door opener, I called Precision wednesday, and it was installed Thursday. The friendly installer, Matt, did an excellent job and explained each step of the installation. He also explained the maintenance of my whole door and opener system to keep everything in peak operation. I really like having choices and options, and knowing just what I’m buying and how it will be installed. Thank you Matt, and Precision.

Matt was very professional and got right to the problem. Suggested things to prevent damage to happen in future. Should be in management position.
