It was the worst experience I have ever had with any services. They were suppose to show up @ 2-3 pm, no call, no show till 3:30, when I called they said 5 pm, showed up @ 5:30pm to charge me double the price!. I was given wrong price on phone!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Good evening. When I made my appointment I actually requested Keith as he repaired my garage door before. I was satisfied with the ease of making an appointment and the on-time service call. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because I was told that the total charge would be $118 plus tax. But when he wrote up the invoice there was a $10 fuel charge added. I can’t recall paying fuel charge the last time but If he had told me that up front, I don’t think that I would have declined the service because I feel that the cost of the service was reasonable. I really that the fuel charge should be disclosed ahead of time. However, I still would choose Precision for any future repair needs.
