The technician actually came to our house earlier that scheduled. He called to confirm time with us before arriving That was great! He was able to remove our very old and hard gasket and replaced it with no issues. Will definitely keep this company in my contacts for and further work needed.

Both techs did a great job replacing everything except the motor, chain and bar assy, safety eye lights. They used everything from the old door. Didn’t know that. Every truck needs a broom and dust pan and a blower. Also the truck in the driveway leaked gas and oil. The initial measurements were incorrect and they had to wait for additional parts. Almond color Door was the perfect match to the house trim. Thanks for my beautiful door

I had an excellent experience with Precision Garage Doors and their technician Mike Beckum. The installation of my new opener went quickly and Mike even programmed all my automobile remotes for me. My old opener was over 21 years old and long overdue for replacement as it had started to fail constantly. I am throughly pleased with my new system and it works flawlessly.

I attempted to save some money and install my garage door opener myself until I realized that there are just some things I should leave to the professionals. I called Precision and I received same day service. Jouse Lombay called me very early in the morning to inform me that he was twenty minutes out. When he arrived he was very professional, greeted me and asked me what the problem was. After giving him my novice description of what the issue was. He asked permission to explore the issue. Jouse came prepared with everything necessary to solve the issue and he proceeded to give me an estimate. He explained to me why I needed new springs even though I had not thought about it. He explained that my springs were no longer functional and would eventually cost me my new garage opener. I saw reason in it and agreed and he installed my new pair of springs. He also allowed me to pick his brain about other aspects of the business and even showed me how to connect my phone and my car to my new garage opener. I’m not sure why I did not call Precision sooner, but now that I have, I won’t be calling anyone else. Thank you for a job well done!

The Precision technician (Doug) was prompt, courteous and professional. He was very knowledgeable about the products offered and explained the pros and cons of the big box stores products versus Precision. He was also very understanding in guiding us to a more budget friendly choice and also offered tips on garage door maintenance. Doug scored ’high marks’ with us and should be commended for his work.
