The service technician (Chris) was very courteous and professional. He gave me a final quote fo0r the work before he started. He answered all my questions and explained the operation of the new opener. He worked expeditiously and was very neat. I also really appreciated the same day service. Great job. I also very much appreciated the e-mail I received beforehand with the technician’s photo and background – you knew who was coming to your home before they arrived.

A “miscommunication” and no phone call to advise me no tech was coming/second time 12:00 appt. Was moved back to 4:00. Once the tech came things were fine w/ the job.
