6-23-12 Had a new motor installed. 9-7-12 Motor would not respond to opening and closing function as it was suppose to. 9-7-12 Your technician, Chris Knight, showed up to remedy the problem. It is a pleasure to watch a professional do their work. Thanks for the quick responce and your pro Chris.
