I couldn’t leave my house because the garage door wouldn’t stay closed. I called Precision, and they had a technician out in two hours. Mike was great! He repaired my garage door (he had to do custom work because of the size), in one hour and I was able to make the trip I had planned. So happy with the quick response and the work done!

Alex arrived on time. He was friendly, gracious and very knowledgeable. He tried to fix the existing unit but after 20 years it was finicky at best. He gave me a quote on replacement, did the change-out and then explained everything I needed to know. He gave me maintenance information so I can keep it operating perfectly. This is 2nd time I’ve used them. I’m a confirmed fan of this company and their staff.
