Very happy with the experience of using Precision Garage Door Services. I arrived home, clicked to open my garage door, it opened almost all the way up when it started making terribly loud grinding noises and came to a halt. I remember seeing an ad for Precision so I went on line to check them out. Very easy to fill out the form requesting an appointment even giving me times for the same day. I received a confirmation that the tech would arrive in the 4 hour time slot I chose. I liked that you could contact them 24 hours, could reserve on line, and such a quick response. I received a call about a half hour before appointed time of arrival from Cameron. He stated that he could be here in 10 minutes (early) if that was alright. I was pleasantly surprised when Cameron arrived, professionally dressed, clean, friendly, very informative, explaining everything to me as to what he would recommend and why. Gave us a quote before starting and got right to the job of replacing our garage door opener, opener button, safety sensors and even greased all the rollers and springs as well as set both our cars to the new opener, explaining how to reset if needed. With his professionalism, high recommendation for the product and efficiency, we are very grateful. Thank you Cameron.

The technician arrived at the time quoted, called when he was 20 minutes out. He listened to my concerns and suggested ideas and projected costs. The work was completed in a reasonable time frame and it was tested to ensure I was satisfied and suggested that I spray some lubricant every 5-6 months and left me a can of the correct lubricant and where to apply. I called & Mike Beckum came out the next morning to replace a broken garage door spring. He showed me there was a bigger problem and the whole mechanism needed replacing. I trusted him right away because he could explain what he suspected was going on and the proof was evident. Approving his recommendation the work was expertly completed and the worn out parts were proof they were going bad, avoiding a big problem later on. I know it seems like a non trivial matter, however I know there’s a lot about how garage door mechanisms I don’t understand and I’m super glad I didn’t try to fix this one myself. I will continue to use Precision for any garage door service needed in the future for the quality of work, honesty, punctuality and friendly support. I was given a speedy appointment on the day that I called them. Unfortunately they weren’t able to fix my garage door because D&D installed the garage doors when the house was built and they are the only ones that can fix it because they have a patent on it that only they can fix! What a bummer! The Precision technician was very professional and very knowledgeable about my garage door issue. I really wanted to give Precision my business. If I ever change my garage doors, I will be hiring Precision to do the job for sure!
