I have to say that the workmanship of the repair, replacing two garage door springs, was top notch. I have no complaints about the quality of the work. However, I do have a complaint about the price. When I made the appt. to have the service done, the woman on the phone told me that the springs can cost as much as three hundred and sixty dollars each, including installation cost. But the guy who did the install told me they would be four hundred eighty-three dollars each, including installation. I ended up paying the almost thousand dollars as I didn’t feel I had a choice. I was stranded and could not open the garage door to get my car out. I am sure they know that you are stranded and will pay whatever they charge to be able to get life back to normal. I had the work done four days ago and the more I thought about it the worse I feel about what happened. I mean, basically a thousand dollars to replace two door springs? I was told I should replace the whole mechanism to make it more reliable in the future, but that would have added another eight hundred to the job. Anyhow, the springs are in, and the door is operating normally again, and I am grateful for that. I just feel that when they tell you one thing on the phone, that should be the price you pay.

The service tech that came out was very sufficient and what he was doing. He even went out of the way to get apart that he didn’t have on his truck that he thought that was good enough for the job. He did a great job thank you, Chad.
