I contacted your company on a Saturday evening (033013) because I had a broken spring. I originally talked to Tina via the chat (I was surprised that I received a response actually.) She was able to give me an accurate quote for the service in question. In less than an hour, I had a technician (James R,) at my house starting his repairs. He was very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable with his work… so comfortable he upsold some additional services. Instead of replacing two springs, we added a pair of bearings, a trolley, and rollers. I had to admit to him that I am a DIY guy, and this was my very first time placing a service call for something I felt I could fix (I never call unless I have a warrantied service). All in all, I couldn’t have been more pleased with Jame’s service, our conversation, and his professionalism. I felt like I made a great choice by contacting precision that evening. I received outstanding service by an outstanding technician. I am more than happy to refer you guys every time.
