The service technician, James Rodey, was punctual. We had a special coupon through Angie’s List, which is why we called Precision. We recently moved into this house and the garage door worked, but made a very loud noise and we knew it needed service of some kind. James did a 25 point safety checklist.The springs were old and rusted, the rollers needed to be replaced along with some other problems.He was thorough and explained things clearly. I was impressed with the confirmation email I received which listed all the service techs with their pictures and a page on who they were and their background. My husband and I were both impressed with that, we’ve never seen that before. We would definitely call Precision again in the future if we have a problem with the garage door.
