The spring broke on our garage door. We just purchased the home that was built in 1988. When the spring broke and your tech came out, he said that he could fix the springs, but wasn’t sure the motor could handle it. I told him to try and sure enough, the old motor was too weak to pull the new springs. He installed a new motor and any other parts that were needed. The garage door runs great and quiet now. You tech was personable, informative and explained everything to me. He worked very hard and did a great job. So glad that I contacted your firm. I don’t remember the name of the tech, but he was very good.
