Doug was great. Arrived exactly when he said that he would. Was helpful and explaied what was wrong and what he was going to do to fix it. Worked quickly and did what I had imagined to be a difficult repair in no time at all. I will definitely be recommending Precision to my friends and family.

Mike Boyle, the technician who serviced our garage door arrived promptly when he said he’d be here. He told me the work would take about 1 1/2 hours which was right on. He was very polite, friendly and extremely imformative when I asked him questions. If I ever need your services again I would specifically ask for Mike. Thank you.
