I recently purchased a new garage door and automatic door opener which was installed by Precision Door Service of Clearwater, Florida. I want to thank you for the product and service that this fine company offers. I believe that I have received a good product at a fair price. But, the true mark of an exceptional company, in my opinion, is how it treats its customers. The staff and management of this company do everything in their power to satisfy the customer. Great job! I was amazed that they came within 30 minutes on a SUNDAY!! The tech made the needed repairs, explained to me what caused it and then fixed that too. I did not feel as if he was upselling, I felt like he was trying to keep me from going through the same frustration again and again.

The technician arrived exactly as promised. He explained precisely what needed to be repaired and The Cost. At no time did I feel pressured to Purchase their products or services. The technician finished the service in a professional and timely manner. I would definitely use Precision garage door Repairs again in future.

Mike Boyle arrived on time, knowledgeable, courteous, great workmanship. I am very satisfied and Precision Overheard Garage Door Service is now my new garage door service company, no longer will I use another garage door company. Plus, other company’s charge a service fee for just showing up and it is very hard to get them to come out over the weekend etc., where as Precision does. Amy at the office was also very courteous. Our garage door spring was broken and we needed emergency service. Precision was able to fit us into the schedule the day we called and also bumped us up when someone cancelled. The office called to let us know someone was coming and the serviceman called also when he was on his way. The service was professionally performed and John explained everything he needed to do and the time it would take. I would not hesitate to call Precision again. Thanks!
