our overall experience was excellent. the garage door needed a number of repairs, including a new motor, springs, wheels, etc. we were impressede with the techs and the fact that allo the necesary parts were on the truck.

The previous owner of the house I just bought in April had the garage door spring replaced in January and was very pleased with the service provided, which is why I decided to contact Precision when my door started acting flaky. Sure enough, I was just as satisfied with the service and the tech, Matt. He walked into my garage and knew the problem right away. Once he replaced the safety sensors, the door worked like a charm! I will definitely keep Precision on speed dial if my garage door misbehaves again!

Saw one of your trucks around the corner putting up a new door. Your tech did an excellent job, testing the doors opening and closing, oiling and checking all the wheels in the side chambers, and adjusting the opening and closing of the door. Probably one of the most pleasant experiences I’ve had with a service company
