Matt was excellent! He communicated great even though I was the one running late from work. He immediately noticed the problem within 2 minutes of looking at the door. He explained everything and provided different options to choose from. Payments were flexible which really helped. Overall, first time experience with Precision was great. I had no clue what I was doing in this instance but they were the absolute experts. I definitely found my new servicer for my door needs.

I believe your TV advertising is excellent. Also, the fact that your phones are answered by a real person is such a ‘plus’. I had to change my appointment, and there was so hesitation from the person whom I talked with–he was very accommodating. I needed some new nylon rollers and a new bottom seal, along with the ‘routine’ service. Matt was very personable, and explained everything needed, along with answering some questions about a new door opener, which we’ll need in the future. I had to laugh when we were discussing the ‘job to be done’, he told me that I was the BOSS—I believe that may be the first time I was ever told that–I’m going to have to commit his name to memory ! I am pleased with the service, and will certainly call again when help is needed, and when we need that new door opener. Thank you.
