Your tech. was very up front on what I needed and there was no pressure to buy, which I greatly appreciated. He gave us options then let us choose. The Tech was excellent, very courtious, very knowlegeable, and worked at a good speed to fix the Overhead door spring problems. He pointed out some door problems that probably occurred at installation. I don’t remember his name.

Excellent service! Less than two hours from my phone call request. Technician seen my problem befor. Had the parts on the truck. Made suggestion how to improve my door. Price was very competive, since I had a garage door service company out the day befor. So I new that I was getting a good deal! Thanks Guys! Your sticker went over my last company!
