I used Precision for a repair to my current Genie garage door opener. Ed, and his teammate, were scheduled to be here between 4p-6p (Thank you for not giving your customers a 4-6 hour window to be sitting and waiting!!!) and they arrived shortly after 4pm. They were both very thorough with the work that needed to be done and they took the time to explain the repair to me. During the repair, the called me out to explain to me what was being done and then again when the job was finished. The two of them had the BEST attitudes!!!! Very friendly and funny too. That made me, as the customer, feel very much at ease with them both. I will recommend Precision to all my friends/family who may need new equipment or who may need a repair. The Service technician James Rodey arrived ontime and within minutes he installed and programmed a remote keypad and extra car remote That I ordered. While he was testing the remotes he noticed that the opener’s chain tension was a little too tight and a door trolley was sticking. He took the time to adjust the chain and lubricate the trolleys while explaining the normal homeowner maintenance I should follow. He went the extra mile and the door operates perfectly. James’ level of service is a positive reflection of the company’s commitment to its customers
