The work was fine, but I don’t understand why I was charged different than what i was quoted on the phone. You need to teach your phone reps better pricing.

The night before my spring broke so I called them first thing in the morning at 8, but they couldn’t come out until 4 hours later. My car was trapped in the meantime. They got it fixed, but I had to reschedule my doctor’s appointment that I had for two weeks.

Very unhappy with these people. The quotes by phone were off. I wouldn’t have called them out had I known what the actual charges would have been. Waste of my time.

I was very impressed with both the sales rep and the installation technicians who put in my new door and opener. All were very professional and answered my questions quickly. My experience with Pricision was very positive. Great job and a great product. I will happily recommend Precision to my family and friends.

Jim, Let me say from the time we made the phone call to schedule an appointment, until the time that James departed our residence, it was an excellent experience. We were called to keep us informed as to the status of the arrival time – mostly unheard of in most other service industries. (James and the office person should get a raise just for that). James explained the problem and provided us several options. James was very, very courteous, informative and knowledgeable of his product. He answered every question I had. Thank you.
