Second time using Precision for service. Friendly from the moment we call to schedule appointment to the very finished job. Technicians know their stuff and get the job done. They only “up sell” you in the product is absolutely necessary. They care about the customer. Will continue to use Precision and will recommend to my neighbors/friends.

Mike was extremely professional and knowledgeable on what my garage door needed to be fixed properly. He detailed the areas of concerns which needed to be addressed by visibly showing me the problem areas. Their was no question in my mind the appropriate fix was a new garage door. I am not an expert on garage doors but after seeing the actual condition of our door I know the door will need to be replaced very soon. Mike fixed our door as a temporary measure until we could afford a new one and did not charge me for the temporary fix. I will definitely use Precision Garage Doors to install a new door. Great job. Technician was knowledgeable and friendly. Would definitely use Precision service again. First reviewed ad for Precision on Angie’s list. Technician replaced weather strip on bottom of garage door.
