    I chose Precision Garage Door because they installed my door several years ago. They never told me I needed to grease some parts twice a year. A gentleman came same day to fix the broken spring and replace rollers on my door so that it would close. The fix, which was quite expensive, lasted 3 days and then the garage door would not close again. One of the rollers would not work. I will call again and have them come back out and fix it.

    Sam was absolutely amazing! Got scheduled service same day without any issues. This was huge deal for us as my garage wouldn’t close leaving our house unsucure. Definitely won’t use anyone else for any garage door needs. Had parts on the truck so everything repaired same day.

    I’ve used Precision Garage Door Service at least 2 other times and always have had a good experience with the service. This time was no different. It was Mother’s Day weekend and my car was stuck in the garage because my garage door wouldn’t open. Precision sent someone out on a Sunday within 6 hours of me calling and fixed the broken springs in a short time. No problem with trying to get me to do more than I could afford to do. In fact, gave me a good discount even though it was a weekend. The service person was especially nice, thorough, kind in his detailed explanation of what he would and could do to repair the door parts and let me make my decision without trying to make me purchase more than necessary. I will no doubt be calling again….I have 3 garage doors to keep in good working order.
