We couldn’t get our garage door remotes to recalibrate. Called Precision, because we’ve always used Precision, and Craig came out and found the problem and fixed it. When our garage door wouldn’t go up and our car was stuck underneath we decided to call Precision. It was the day after Christmas so we weren’t sure we’d find anyone to come out, but luckily a technician was available. Keith, our technician, was very friendly, informative, and helpful in explaining the problem and did an excellent job fixing it. We had our garage door up and working in about 45 minutes and upon our request, Keith even installed a key pad for us to use. We would use Precision again and recommend them to our friends and family.

I have nothing to say,but, you have an excellent company. I have had Mike out for repairs twice in the last year, and he does a fantastic job. H answers any questions that you have about the product and explains how it works. He is friendly and professional at all times. In both times that he has been out for repairs it has been late in the afternoon and early evening. Even though he has already put in a long day, you would’t realize it with his attitude. You have a great employee in Mike. Keep up the good work.
