If you have a broken garage door spring, you are trapped! Precision came out first thing on Sunday morning and not only replaced the springs, but inspected the door and highlighted a couple other issues – worn bearings, frayed cables, and inadequate attachments of the opener to the door. All were corrected, the entire door was adjusted, lubed, and tested. Tom, the technician, made sure the opener limits were reset to adjust for the new attachments. The technician was knowledgeable and thorough, and explained everything to me carefully and answered all my questions.

I first used Precision about 6 months ago to install a new opener at our Church. At that time Mike Boyle came out. I was so impressed that when I needed service on my own home there was no question who I would use. This time John T came out and had the same professionalism and knowledge as before.
