This has been a great experience since my first phone call. I had to change the time at the last minute and it was not a hassle. Mike was great he was very knowledgeable and helpful. He did not try and sell me a new garage door like I feared. He did great work and now my door works better than it did when it was first installed. I am very pleased.

Excellent same day service! Installed a quality product at a reasonable price with a super warranty as well. Matt explained my options based on issues found in my old opener and performed a tune up on all springs/rollers too!

Someone was dispatch the same day I called. I was told I would get a call 15 minutes out and you did everything you said you would. Very pleased with the service tech, Tom Sewell. He knew what the problem was and also gave me options. I would definitely use Precision again.
