I had a problem with my garage door not reaching the ground as it was closing. I called Precision, no actually, Precision called me after I performed an Internet search for garage door service company. The customer service representative was very courteous and understood my problem very well. She indicated that I could expect to see a service person the next day (less than twenty-four hours after the call). The service man, John, quickly diagnosed the problem, repaired the minor issue and did a routine examination to be sure that nothing else was about to malfunction. GREAT JOB JOHN… I would recommend Precision to anyone else who has a garage door problem.
