I found Precision on Angie’s List. It was one of the top-rated garage door companies and had several glowing recent reviews from people in my area, so I called them. A service technician, Carlos (whose name isn’t listed as a choice in the box below), called back the same afternoon and was here 15 minutes later. He was extremely personable and professional, and very knowledgeable. He fixed the problem that was causing my garage door to malfunction and also tweaked a couple of other things that the original building contractor skimped on. I had not expected such efficient same-day service when I originally called. I certainly will select Precision again if the need arises.

Precision Door responded to my service need within 24 hours. Mike (technician)called to say he was on his way and arrived on time. We review the problem areas of the garage door as well as assessment of inspected items that were in good working condition. Mike answered all my questions, discussed prices and options.
