    I had you install a new opener on my son’s home garage door,a while ago. The job was done well & I was pleased with the work. His daughter tried to open the door today & the chain bar ripped out of the wood it was attached to. She called me & I looked it over & said to call you people & Bryan called you. You came out very soon & reattched the bar & realigned the door to the ground. Bryan was impressed with the work! This was that I picked your company in the first place! Thank you!

    Called for service – door opened after closing – Upon inspection, noticed circuit board was smoking. Discussed options with technician Mike Boyle and decided to replace the 14 year old unit with a Linear LDCO800. In short order, Mike installed the new unit and did an excellent job. Mike was extremely courteous and explained everything in detail. Without question, I would recommend Precision to others. I should also mention they were here the next morning.
