We selected Precision because their website said no extra charge for weekends, and their A+ BBB rating. Our garage door spring broke on Saturday at 1pm. We called Precision at 1:30 and they scheduled an appt between 4-6 same day. Tom showed at 4:15, gave us an appraisal of our door’s plusses and minusses. We decided to replace the spring, rollers, bearings and metal plate which attaches to the bracket to the chain. Tom N. said our door itself and opener were fine, just the hardware needed replacement and upgrade. He installed everything by 5:15. Our garage door is now as quiet as a Rolls-Royce.
