Major problem with my home system but Keith had it corrected and did so with utmost professionalism. He made recommendations and gave me options to consider. Bottom line: I now have a system that is totally reliable and will last the long haul.

I had the Garage Door Bottom Weather Seal replaced and a Tune-Up. Jim was very professional. He called before he came. The job was well done. He pointed out some things that were showing wear that i should watch for but did not annoy me about getting it done immediately.

I chose Precision because of your high rating, and reliability. I had a great technician, John, very personable, and helpful. He called prior to the scheduled appointment to let me know he was on his way, and was very prompt. I was lucky to have just a minor problem. I would definitely call Precision again.
