My garage door would not operate with power or manually. James and Scott came and after explaining the coil had snapped,plastic rollers were worn out and basically answering all my questions concerning the repair and cost, were very professional and efficient. Had everything replaced on garage door, springs rollers, etc, also had a new garage opener installed. tech’s name was Richard, I believe, just glanced at his badge. he was friendly, curtious, and did an excellent job. Actually although he was here to do a job , my husband and I both enjoyed his company, was very friendly. he explained everything and was very perfeshional. was not planning on purchasing a new garage door at this particular time, but knew it would need to be replaced shortly, because of the tech’s pleasantness and professionalism decided to go ahead and purchase garage door opener since he was already at the house. I would rate this tech with a number 5. choose this company out of pure luck, picked the name from phone book.
