My technician was John Tsangarinos. This is my first experience with Precision and it was excellent. From making the appointment to receiving the service. John was very professional and had quite a knowledge base in his field. I will be using Precision again for any garage door needs.

I am very happy with the repair/service I had today. Keith was friendly AND professional, and it was obvious he knew what he was doing. When he had the spring replaced, he didn’t like the sound of it, and took the time to make another adjustment to one of the pulleys on the end- so it now runs quieter than it ever has- and the original door was installed by a company whose name I will not mention…I will definitely recommend your company to my friends.
