5 stars. I was particularly impressed by the technician’s introduction of himself to me…along with a hand shake. Garage door needed new springs and a couple of minor repairs. The work was done in good time and Carlos explained what needed to be done, why and gave me the cost before beginning the work. I will definitely recommend Precision.

What outstanding service! I called at 10am and Ed was at my door within an hour as promised after calling first to make sure I was available! Ed is extremely knowledgable about his line of work and certainly shows his enthusiasm for his job and company. He was completely professional but very personable while installing a new garage door opener. Hope I won’t need to call again for service, but if I do, I will certainly request Ed!

The technician was courteous and knowledgeable. The other competitor listed in the Hillsborough county business book was more difficult to find. I’ve heard of Precision through TV ads on Brighthouse I believe and being in this directory was helpful as we are new to the area. The new system is SO QUIET! It’s so smooth and the new options are more safe and the technician was very thorough to make sure we understood how to use everything (which I should add are user-friendly). We are EXTREMELY pleased and would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of these services. When we need a new door, we will call Precision.
