Called you on Saturday and you sent a tech out on Sunday. Tom Naporano was very punctual. As a matter of fact he called to say he could come earlier. Impressive. Tom came out and evaluated the problem. He concluded that we needed a new opener. As we had 2 doors and the openers were purchased together, we decided to replace them both along with a key pad and some other items that needed attention. Tom gave us an estimate and when I mentioned I got your name from Angie’s List, he gave me a discount. He said he could do the entire job immediately and had all the parts and tools. Again, impressive. He was efficient and went to work as soon as we agreed to price. I am now a little lighter in my bank account, but I have 2 very quiet garage doors. Lovely. Thanks, Tom.
