Today we had to call for an emergency and Doug Naporano was sent over. He did a very efficient work, explained and answered all of our questions, and 1 1/2 hours later he finished. Very professional, he deserves 5 stars!

Your technician John Tsangarinos was on time, very knowledgeable, answered all my questions, and was also training an employee while dealing with me as a customer. I have his card and will be recommending his service to anybody that I know that needs their garage door fixed or serviced.

I came home from work on Tuesday evening and opened my garage door, when I pushed the button to close it, the motor quit working. I was getting company from up North on Thursday and thinking I have to find someone to fix this right away. Wednesday morning while reading the newspaper there was an ad about garage door repair. I called and they came out that day. We decided to have a new opener installed and we are so happy we did. The technician was so pleasant and professional, discussed everything with us and now I have a super quiet garage door with the new advanced features I had been wanting for awhile. You can’t go wrong calling this company.

Six o’clock on a Saturday night and the garage door breaks down in the open position. I worried that I would be stuck with it like that at least overnight … until I connected with Precision. Keith called and was out here at the time he said he would be. He is a very nice, professional young man; and, he made all of the repairs in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend Precision to take care of your garage door needs. Definitely 5 stars!!!!!!!
