Called at 2:30 PM with opener issues on an old opener and had a new opener installed, new spring, wheels, bearings and all set for another decade by 6:00 PM. Wonderful experience and Carlos the technician was fantastic, explaining everything in detail and very efficient. Highly recommended and again, thanks so much Carlos!

Frank was my service tech, e was very pleasant and a well mannered, very nice man who made me feel he was there to help me with everything I needed. He offered ideas for future service and recommendations for better performance, I give him and this company 5 stars.

Five stars for certain…Frank Soto did a professional, excellent job installing my new garage door opener and repairs to the rails. Two of my neighbors recommended Precision and I am so glad I followed their advice. I would recommend Precision without reservation and ask for Frank Soto.
