    Sorry I did not write a review on Jim Rodey back, in Feb when he was first here. Time just got away from me. I was very impressed with him in all respects. He was very knowledgeable,polite and an excellent worker. Seems to really enjoy what he does. The last call this past week just more of the same.     Keith inspected the issues with our door and he thoroughly explained what was wrong. He quoted a couple options to do the repair. I was considering replacing the door opener also, but once he fixed the door itself, he said replacing the opener at this time wasn’t necessary. I sincerely appreciated his honesty. It was also nice chatting with Keith about the company. It’s refreshing to hear an employee speak so proudly of who they work for and how the business started and has grown. Very impressive. Precision Door is on my contractor “keep list”! You guys are great.

    They were not able to fix my 25 year old motor the same day. He had to order parts for my motor, I thought they had same day service but apparently my motor is too old to have the parts in stock. Other than that the service was ok , the technician was pleasant and worked fast.
