I would have to say that Carlos Morales went way beyond expectations for a service technician. Most times service techs have the personality of a door-knob. You could actually hold a conversation with Carlos. It was a great experience and would definitely recommend your company to anyone. Carlos treated me as if he was the company owner which is exactly what a owner wants and needs. If all your service techs are as good as Carlos, you’re in the money!
