Wow – I cannot believe how fast you guys responded when I called in this morning to report a puff of smoke coming out of my “antique” opener. You had an immediate slot available, within an hour of my call. The technician, James, arrived right on time, and was fully prepared to diagnose the problem, burnt out motor, and get started. Turns out the old unit could not be repaired due to its age, so after discussing the options with James we agreed on a Linear LD050 w/belt rail option. He ran into a small problem when he discovered that the “spring pad” had several cracks and needed to be replaced as well. He explained everything clearly, including the pricing, the operation of the wall switch, and the remotes. We could not be happier with every aspect of the experience. I would note that James is a real asset to your company, as he really represents you in the very best way possible.
