Josh, my service guy gets 5 stars. He is a professional and did a fantastic job renovating my garage door. I called for a maintenance job. We bought this hurricane double door a little over 5 years ago for less than $2,000. There were several pieces needing replacement. The bill was OVER $2,000! We now have a 7 year warranty and according to our service person better parts than the original door. I was a little disappointed in the cost and early timing of failing parts. We bought our door from Precision. We purchased 2 springs, cables, rollers, bearing plates, and rollers. On the bright side, I am VERY glad I had the service BEFORE the cables snapped or the springs broke.

This company is always quick to come sometimes the same day you call They review the problem and will krt yiy know if their are options to fix I have had them to my house each time I wanted to upgrade my garage and they always gave me options on the cost and what they recommend I feel they have always been honest and fair
