Saw your TV ads and when my garage door broke, I knew who to call. Your 5 star rating, weekend appointments and no charge if I didn’t want anything done, even for the tech to come out to my house, made it a no-brainer. I’m a retired Operating Engineer, so Bob and I could communicate on the same level. He explained everything and told me exactly what my problem was and why my old opener failed. I’m glad I just didn’t run out and purchase a new opener as it too would have failed due to having bad springs. I authorized new spring replacement and eventually after seeing Bob’s expertise I decided to go with a new opener also. I was quoted a fair price and am happy I had it done by Precision. I have a 9 year warranty on my opener and a 3 year warranty on my springs which is unheard of. My kudo’s to Bob for his knowledge and skills. A 5 star rating is given for this transaction and if I could give more stars I would go higher! Thanks Bob!
