The technician was very knowledgeable and friendly. He provided me with the information I needed to make a sound decision on repairs going forward The cost of the repairs was reasonable, and the technician didn’t take that long to install the parts .I will definitely use you guys again if I need any services done to my garage.

I called at 11pm on Monday night , I was given a appointment for 10 am the next day with a 4 hour window. The technician Phil arrived around 11 am he was a great guy, he knows what he’s doing, great personality, and 2 hours later my door was opening and closing like new. I will recommend Precision as a company, and I will also suggest they ask for Phil.

My service Tech Phillip H. was great. He had great customer service and was very knowledgeable. He was also very understanding of my situation and provided me with some great information. Expectations were met. Provided a solution to the problem and advised what was required to fix it.
