My husband had used Precision for his commercial garage doors and was impressed with the service. Carlos was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He explained everything that needed replacement but did not pressure us in any way. He simply gave us the facts and let us decide. He also estimated the amount of time that the job would take which I much appreciated. It was a pleasure to meet him and his service was excellent.

An all-around great experience. The technician (Frank) was very knowledgeable. He explained why the problem happened, explained all of the options for fixing it, and then did a great job performing the fix. He was very pleasant, professional, and a pleasure to have in my home. My dogs even liked him – and they usually don’t like anyone!
