Big mistake. In late December, 2023, I paid $3,500.00 up front for work that was not accomplished. Precision did an installation, but utilized the previous installation, requiring only about half the cost of what I paid for. The installers assured me that I would be receiving a refund. A few days later I received a voicemail saying that I didn’t owe anything more. When I tried to return the call I was told by another representative that I needed to speak to the person that left the voicemail. After a few unsuccessful attempts I gave up. (My bad)

Prompt and on time! Very professional and customer oriented representative. Issue was clearly defined as a paint situation, which causes panels to stick together during extended closed periods with garage doors facing in a north easterly direction; and when opened the first time after this extended period, the panels pull apart during initial opening, and create a loud “bang” noise! Not an issue (other than the initial noise) that may cause further concern. Precision truly has well trained staff, not just for workmanship, but more importantly, extremely customer friendly, and patient! Thank you,
