Usually when I read reviews I assume they are cherry picked to make the company look better. In the case of Precision the kudos were well earned. Service tech showed up faster than promised, explained the situation well, helped me make a decision on which springs to go with and in general was a joy to work with—totally unlike the last company I contacted. I wish I remembered the techs name to give him the personal praise he deserves.

I have always used Precision due to their promptness and also they met their schedule time to do the repairs. Workmanship was very good and also the techs were very courteous. I certainly would call again in the future if so needed.
