I just want to say thank you for such wonderful service. My husband called Precision and asked them to come out and troubleshoot our garage door opener. Our technician was Dallas Frazier. Dallas arrived early for our scheduled appointment. I was at work and my husband called to let me know what Dallas had found was wrong with our garage door opener. Our circuit board was fried from a lightning storm and we needed a new garage door opener. He quoted us the price for everything we requested with the new opener: two remotes and the outside keypad. Dallas also noticed that some of our wheels on the garage door would need to be replaced due to age (they were 19 years old) but it didn’t have to be that day. We had him go ahead and replace all of the wheels as well. Dallas answered all of the questions I had, installed everything, checked the springs and made sure everything was all working as it should be. The garage door opener works perfectly, runs quieter than our last one, and the door closes so much better with the new wheels on the track. I highly recommend Precision for service, repair, or installation of a new garage door. Dallas was very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. It’s so nice to find a quality and local service company.
