Jimmy was very friendly and helpful in giving me the information needed to select the right opener for my garage door. He provided an over view of what was done and how to use the features of the opener. The space was cleaned after he was done with the service. I would definitely recommend Precision. Saw an ad in the newspaper and when John came he showed me the label on the garage door from your company so you had been to my house before. That must have been before we lived here. He did a great job and was very efficient and careful. Really appreciate your workers and their professionalism to the job. He replaced the opener the first day and the springs and cables the day after. Very good job.
