We were very happy with the services we received. Our technician didn’t try to sell us repairs we didn’t need, but let us know what was causing our immediate issue, as well as some things that should be replaced in the future as they were showing wear (20 year old opener). We were able to make decisions that were right for us, and are very happy with the repair as well as the installation of a new keypad.
